Hi Keith,  I have been flying on Southwest and the rest for the past year with my big Think Tank bag weighing somewhere between 40 and 50 pounds and never been hassled.  If you do get hassled, it would likely be by a gate agent not the TSA.  The TSA folks were especially nice to me on my flight home, perhaps because they have been having a bad week.    And most times I am wearing my vest; no problems there either.]]></description>
