Where have you beeN?  I have been using the Mongoose exclusively with all of my big lenses for about 7 years.  Just as efficient, I make sharp images at ridiculously slow shutter speeds, and most of all, it is much lighter--just what this old man needs.  Why carry around an extra 2+ poounds?]]></description>
