Hi, John.  I know of ranches in New Mexico that were sold as green developments, intended to preserve ranching and ecological values and provide opportunities for people to live in beautiful places.  Those sales apparently did very well for the former ranch owners.  But yes, everything changes, especially in businesses that are resource-based.  And pity the poor camera-makers, who are getting eaten alive by cell-phones, which are well and widely connected on the internet, easy to use, and getting better every day in terms of image quality.  I do have confidence in Artie&#039;s ability to adapt as well.  :)]]></description>
