Hi Eric,

All that you need to do is read the rules carefully.  Most do not allow a lot, but even the BBC is changing.  For the first time ever this year they allowed &quot;minor clean-up.&quot;  The BAA Contest allows the most freedom of all.  Judging of our 2nd contest is underway right now.   Stay tuned for next year&#039;s if you like to do a lot in Photoshop.  artie]]></description>
