I am glad that it works well for you.  But I have never quite understood monopods.  When I am seated, I can make sharped images using my knee pod technique (coming soon) as there is much less side to side movement than with a monopod.  A monopod might help a bit when standing with the 200-400 but I&#039;d rather enjoy the stability of a tripod there...]]></description>
