					<description><![CDATA[You mentioned that you tightened the shoulder strap on the 4Xpandable bag to the point that it was a slight struggle to get your arm in. I&#039;m not familiar with this particular harness, but on most backpacks you can loosen the shoulder straps to put the pack on and then when it is on your back, pull on the loose ends of the shoulder straps to tighten them up so that the pack fits snuggly.]]></description>
