I do not know but I believe that some of the comments in the original discussion (see the link above) addressed that.  Or perhaps some folks can help you here.

ps: it would be easy to incorporate Photo Mechanic into your workflow for editing your images (picking your keepers) and enjoy lightning fast viewing without having to jump through any hoops.]]></description>
