That’s the shaded underside of a bridge. ( look for subjects in the shade.)
Slowest shutter speed. -2 stops from 1/125 is 1/30 th.
ISO 800? Hand holding 24-105 IS at 58 mm gives you a more workable shutter speed for the three HDR exposures.
