I like the detail in the wing / back of the cormorant. Also the lower neck area.
I often would rather work from an “underexposed” RAW file than have too much “white”.
I can tolerate a few blinkies, but would rather not have to deal with them in the first place if I can get the exposure right the first time.
Still that cormorant shot is really nice. Wish it were mine.
