I have not smoked for twenty five years,
And I am 5 weeks with no Alcohol I feel
so positive I can recommend to every one
I gave up after reading a book called The unexpected
joy of being sober by Cathrine Gray It’s a UK author but it must be available
on the internet its a eye opener
