Thanks Mike, Some or most can hand hold a 6 pound lens. But not others.

I have the 400 2.8. One of the advantages is that you can have a 560mm f4 with the 1.4 teleconverter and an 800mm f5.6 with the 2.0 in a 6.5 lb package that you can hand hold.
