Yes, there is no need to micro-adjust with mirrorless unless you are using out of system lenses with an adapter. And Sony AF is even more accurate for birds in flight than Nikon which is far better than Canon. That said there are many, many other factors that go into determining which system is best for you. 

Have you noticed that I am using my Nikon gear 90% of the time or more?  I will be sharing my thoughts on why that is so here during the next few weeks at most.
