As an aside, I’ve had a couple days at Conowingo and there were over 120+ eagles. The action wasn’t as hot as I would have liked though there were plenty of opportunities. The R5 didn’t disappoint and it is the best Canon camera I’ve used to date in that setting. Neither the 5dmkiv or 1dxmkii (last Canon bodies I’ve owned) would have resulted in so many keepers. The only regrets were not having more time to spend there and figuring out when I’ll be able to wade through the vast number of images.
