I think Elinor has it. Here is a note for loading one of Blake Rudis’s panels as applied to a Mac.

” Macs have 2 libraries. One is the root library and the other is the Users library. Be in the Root library to install. Please follow these steps:
1. To find the correct library you go to the “Go” menu.
2. Click the “Go to folder”.
3. Type in “/library” and press enter.
4. Now from there navigate to ” Application Support>Adobe>CEP>Extensions

That is where most plug-ins will be located.
NOTE. The path above in 4 may have changed slightly with past operating system upgrades. However if you are in the root library this is where you will probably need to navigate to.
