Its DX mode is the best DX camera/camera in DX mode I have ever used. As amazing as the Nikon D500 was for zoo work the Z9 is next level and then some. So take Arthur’s advise and if your serious about wildlife or zoo work and a Nikon shooter with lots of Nikon glass get on the list and get one. Worth every penny and then some.
