Stunning silhouette capture. For your questions:
1. Glowing highlights on the water.
2. Most probably a black picture with little bit gold here and there.

-It will be easy to get the desired outcome quickly.
Perspective Question
– The sun will be on the frame and you may have to do the exposure comp again.
