In the past you always talk of other photographers either showing up late for the party or leaving early. I had that happen last evening in a Short Eared Owl area where the road had 15 vehicles lined up waiting and a few owls came and went as i herd oh the light is bad near dusk and the owls just are not coming out. All but myself had left and as if the owls were like her their gone lets party. They did and my A1 danced sure slower shutter at first 1000ss and iso up to 6400 than down to 800ss and up to 8000iso and then finally i was at 800 and 10000iso as they flu by be at 10-20 feet off. Here is where i would have loved something gooder than my 200-600 however i made some amazing shots and i was the only one there 🙂 🙂
Love the wing clap #1 is killer and the silhouette #2 wowsie! Huh Gooder and Wowsie must be a hillbilly thing 🙂
